The Royal Collection Trust has announced that due to the operational challenges of social distancing, it has decided not to open the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace, Frogmore House and Clarence House to the public this summer.

All pre-booked tickets for visits to Buckingham Palace between the dates of 25 July and 4 October 2020; to Frogmore House and Clarence House between 1-31 August inclusive will be refunded.

“Depending on how you bought your ticket, you may need to contact us to arrange the refund. Please visit the FAQ’s section of our website for more information. If you had a group reservation that was yet to be paid for, this has been automatically cancelled. No further action is required at this time. “Please inform any clients that you currently have scheduled to visit us this summer, and update your sales and marketing information.

“As this is a rapidly evolving situation, we are unable to confirm a date on which the Palaces, Galleries, Royal Mews, online Ticket Office, Contact Centre and Royal Collection Trust shops will reopen, but will monitor Government and Public Health England advice.”
