A major industry initiative from the CTA
The CTA Hotel Charter, set up four years ago, is aimed at ensuring the service provided by UK hotels to coach and group customers both meets and exceeds the expectations of coach operator and tour wholesaler members and that as a result, hotels will benefit from additional business from CTA members. In particular the Charter aims to ensure coach and group customers receive food and service that meets with their expectations and above all, ensures passengers are not treated as “second class citizens”. The Current Charter can be found here. A new version will be issued in early 2016 when it is hoped that restaurants and food outlets run by attractions may also join the initiative.
